Your Life

Don't forget the honesty
that was once surrounding.
You were once beautiful to me;
today your seen in deaths eye.

You are honesty in a sea of panic;
a candle's flame in the midst of dark.
Every word makes you panic;
your own words, drive you to terror.

Don't Forget that you're alive;
if you stop breathing you will die.
Don't forget to survive;
you'll be missed when you are gone.

Simply

And so you call yourself an artist,
meddling upon perfection,
just to lose grasp,
of what is perfection.
And so you leave,
with your memories shattered;
with your body broken.
A smile rests upon your face,
surely it is not joy,
but a simple disregard for sanity;
simply.
And so you call yourself an artist,
but life is deeper then paintings,
surely you're deeper then paintings.

I remember when you needed me;
you used to cry when I was gone.
Now it's I who need you;
now I cry when you are gone.

As you walk away
I see what you've become.
You were so innocent;
now you walk like anyone.

I cry as I watch you leave;
I can't believe that your gone.
I cry as I realize
Nicole's forever gone.

Your Words

0 comments
The clock never ticks,
inside an utopia such as this.
With your face transfixed,
your mind has nothing left to miss.
Your face is hollow,
your voice appears mindless.
With the words to say your shallow
today is the day you confess.
So you say you lived in glory;
Time with me was never wasted.
You look to me and say your sorry;
On me your words are wasted,
I have no words left to say;
I have no words to say I'm sorry.

In The Shadows

0 comments
On the moon; thine brother's shadow,
look to him, he watches you closely.
By day he comes to smile to you
but as the night falls upon the world
he begins to creep in the shadows.
He's sly, he knows what gets him caught,
he waits silently under his brothers wish,
With an ear to the wall he hears the rumors,
You tell him he has an air about him,
He tries to laugh but cannot hide his bitterness,
By you he cries in his empty world;
He cries beneath thine brother's wing.

She Is A Rose

Do not give her that rose,
let the rose live instead.
She doesn't need a rose,
give her love instead.
If you gave her a rose,
she'd prick her fingers,
she doesn't need a rose,
let her save her fingers.
Do not give her that rose,
give her love instead.
Don't treat her like a rose,
let her live instead.

The Summer Nights

I should have stayed on the summer nights,
I should have stayed that balmy night,
But so I called misfortune on my behalf,
I sat, and watched the memories;
I sat and watched on your behalf.
I should have stayed on the summer nights
I should have stayed that balmy night.
Overcoming was the procaine in your words.
The sun had set, the sun was lost;
With the taste of champagne your vision blurred.
I should have stayed on the summer nights
I should have stayed that balmy night
But so my intelligence was left behind.
I sat and watched the stars,
I watched the memories left behind.

The Faces Fade

The faces come, and the faces fade,
the faces come and so I begin to hate.
The days have all come to pass,
but sill memory sits upon my chest.
My heart beat stutters,
against the weight upon my chest.
Everyday comes to waste,
everyday I've come to hate,
Time tells me I can never regress,
time shows me things
I can never forget.

You and I (Watch The Stars)

4 comments

Through the window, the roof I remember;
the sky we sat and stared forever.
Back then we were dancers, you and I,
our memories we thought would last forever.
On the rooftop, the stars were mine,
you and I, we sat forever.
Those nights I can still remember,
they'll haunt me until I die.
You're the only thing I'll see forever;
even though you're no longer mine.

For Them to Stare

0 comments

Her vision is blurred,
but I see her fail.
Her vision is blurred,
with the tears that failed.
She cries to their faces,
But they don't care,
She's another pretty face.
For them to stare.
Her eyes bubble everyday,
but they look towards her hips.
Her life is broken everyday,
As I wait for a smile upon her lips.

She Tries Too Hard

0 comments

She tries to listen to his words.
His words are her life.
She tries to stay calm,
while he contradicts her life.

She tries to listen to his words,
but this life is not his.
She tries hard to remember,
but the memory is his.

She tries to thank him,
but he looks so worried.
She tries to say goodbye,
why is he so worried?

She tries to say goodbye,
but he can't let her go.
She says goodbye to him,
As he tries to let her go.

Out The Door

Fall for life's silly gain,
it's been an hour or two.
Life's cloudy, I see a figure;
I see you.
With hands clean and face naive
you find words to ask for more.
Words to start your life,
and send me out the door.

Innocent, face naive
you say you'll never leave.
But I watch you
leave why don't you?
Innocent, face naive
you say you'll never leave.
Time's up; adieu, adieu
all I see is you.

Live from memory
and see what it is to me.
Tell your friends your dying,
and see what you are to me.
I'll show you how to disappear
if you show me what it is to you.
Tell me words to believe,
and I'll cry my story to you.

Innocent, face naive
you say you'll never leave.
But I watch you
leave why don't you?
Innocent, face naive
you say you'll never leave.
Time's up; adieu, adieu
all I see is you.

Living and breathing
like when lovers part,
the rain falls hard,
the rain falls to heart.
Without words to say goodbye,
face solemn, face naive,
look into the clouds
and say goodbye to me.

Innocent, face naive
you say you'll never leave.
But I watch you
leave why don't you?
Innocent, face naive
you say you'll never leave.
Time's up; adieu, adieu
all I see is you.
Innocent, face naive,
all I see is you.

You Are

0 comments
Your presence ushers distress
to everyone you defend.
You are, you are nobody,
but a dictators mistress.
You are beautiful,
eyes black, Nails painted black
you flirt, caressing deaths mane.
You are beautiful.
Eyes fixated on success,
the ecstasy transcends.
You are, you are nobody,
with ginger eyes to confess.
You are beautiful;
you're the idol painted black,
Living timeless; inhumane.
Your are beautiful.

Dying All Around

Image one last story book.
Time destroys everything
but that book sits, mounted on it's shelf.
Imagine one last chapter;
The last marathon ever ran.
Imagine the dying pages, the author's hope
put to paper by the very pen he died upon,
The very pen he depended on.
Imagine one last sentence,
a dying wish, a pleading wish
of peace and forgiveness.
Imagine one last word,
written to bring hope to a world,
that's dying all around.

How to Depict Dream From Reality

0 comments
Step one, tell the world
you're dreaming; your words
deviate from reality,
innocence plays definition
for everything lost.

Step two, live and lie,
cast iron shadows
throughout your world; reality
dictated by advocation
of a man called mad.

Step three, blend your words.
Leave yourself naive.
Taste melancholy on your words,
then ask, why the melancholy;
why not tragedy?

Step four, End your world,
swift for you've been called
innocent, gifted, said guilty
of whispering words to end it;
words to end it all.

Step five, wave goodbye,
you're only leaving
your life behind. See yourself
eager for elegance and find
the true regality of goodbye.

Hold Her Closer

0 comments
She says goodbye,
when I don't even know her name.
She breaks down in my arms,
when I don't even know her name.
Her hands are shaking,
but that's just fine.
Her body is quivering,
but I don't mind.
She looks at me
with panic in her eyes,
the frightful vision
of a ghost with nothing left.
She tells me how they kill her,
and by cause and effect,
I hold her closer.
She tries to smile,
but the tears fall harder.
She tries to say her name,
but I hold her closer.

Goodbye To The Hopeless

0 comments
Goodbye says the hopeless,
Tick goes the clock,
Tick goes the clock,
Just to prove it's own repetition.
Wave to the hopeless,
Before they kill you in their ambition,

Blinded, blinded in their ambition.
Not to kill you so they say,
But still on you they prey.
Through the moonlight,
Still they stay without cognition,
Without care of what's right.

Who wants you dead?
But those that stay,
Never seem to stray,
Even with two fingers crossed,
The day is already dead,
Yourself just lost.

Speechless so say you,
Then keep your head down,
Forget what was once renown,
So forge through your mind,
And you'll eventually find what's true,
Oh, and what a find.

Blessed is your mind,
But still you stay remedial,
And without so much as a smile.
Standing on a falling bridge,
Passions intertwined,
Your on top of one last ridge.

Goodbye to the hopeless,
Tick goes the clock,
Tick goes the clock,
Time's not to borrow.
Wave to the hopeless,
For you could be smiling tomorrow.

The First Time We Met

She lives her life,
and the world hates her.
She lives her life,
and the world beats her.
Their words break her bones.
Their laughter sends her crying.
Her innocence sickens them,
her passion repulses them.
She hears them say
how they hate her,
but still she smiles.
She hears them say
she'd be better off dead,
but still she tries to smile.
She watches them destroy her,
but still she prays for a savior.

To Speak In Silence

1 comments
To hold the cloud
and to live in blue;
to silence the loud
is to return anew.

To live without
and to look to you;
to look without
is to look at you.

To leave this place
and to feel renewed;
to gain a face
is to gain you too.

To hide words to say
and to look to you;
to live everyday,
is to have lived with you.

Autumn

The raindrops come to feel your cheek,
like the autumn dawn feels the trees.
He whispers to the deceased he sees,
words mangled to his critique.
To his eyes you begin to sneak,
consciousness, oh so bleak. You see
the raindrops come to feel your cheek,
like the autumn dawn feels the trees.
Each syllable to caress your cheek,
he whispers now, for you he sees;
to his back, the autumn breeze.
The raindrops come to seem unique;
the raindrops come to feel your cheek.

The Philospher

Recollection the prophet seeks,
To spill his mind and,
Live his speech.
Upon his walls the writing glows,
A life to save,
Oh this he knows.
In his mind he knows what's right,
To live in vain,
And forget to fight.
Selfless beyond what is known,
He dies himself,
And leaves the throne.
Memories flying without a mind
And now he's dead,
To march the line.
Recollection the prophet seeked,
But instead he died,
With words to teach.

You Saved My Life

0 comments
You saved my life
and I don't even know your name.
You're Innocent, far guilty,
with a smile permanently plastered.
I wonder what you would look like without
your sparkling face.
I watch with convulsion, to save myself,
and so I wonder who will save you;
save your childlike innocence.
I don't even know your name,
so do I envy you?
Pity you?
Laugh with you?
Cry for you?
Do I smile and say remember me?
Or spend my life forgetting you?
When you're saving me,
How can i do anything but envy you?

Why Are You Crying?

2 comments
You’re crying?
Why are you crying?
Because the whole world is dying around you?
Or because you remain immortal?
Let me dry your tears
for legacy will tell my story;
your children will tell my story.
I told you I would stay forever
but still you watch
forever come and go.
Thank you for remembering me
for through you I live;
through you my stories are told,
my laughs are shared.
Why are you crying?
The world had to end one day.

How To Live

0 comments
Live through dedication and save your smile
for the moments that truly matter.
As a granite rock, live solemny,
motionless, near heartless with a thin human edge,
let it remind you, yes your heart is beating.
Look back through your own misfortune
and question your worth and value,
for in a second, value must be obsession,
And in obsession you must surive.
Through fair wishes, seek what's wrong,
not the humor, for error is all that matters.
Teach somebody how to grow old,
and they will grow by your side.
Smile together but only once,
and once again on your last day.
Realize you're all alone, but there's nothing wrong with that,
seek friendship and then tell them goodbye,
for you must walk your path alone.
Fall in love and never whisper,
for the words are timeless but your life is not.
Learn what it feels like to truly care,
and then learn what it feels like to live without.
Cry for your loses and then remember your
story so trageic, from your eyes only.
Find a true talent, let it guide your life,
then realize there's always one better.
Realize you're living your life through your mind,
die upon the alter of optimism; revel in the pessimism.
Ask yourself the timeless question,
And find your world shattered like glass.
Remain through countless hours, thoughtless,
as the world goes silent. Reminiss the things that matter,
and then have them leave you.
Find perfection absolute, and die knowing that you found it.
Die with pride and the courage to say your sorry.

The Prophet's Child

0 comments
I look to you and I just can't say goodbye,
by your hand I fade away.
Stop staring, your killing me,
your eyes dance, and I just want to leave;
your eyes dance, why can't I leave?

You're breaking my heart,
and I can't even watch.
I'm on the edge and you watch me fall,
I'm on the edge and all you do is watch me fall.
I just can't live knowing your fine,
I just can't say goodbye
until you see me cry.

Watch the innocent fall away,
watch the children grow to fail.
The seasoned colours, come to stay,
the seasoned colours in your way.

You wake to find the truth the prophet spoke,
a single tear falls your perfect cheek.
Stop staring, your killing me.
Your eyes dance, and I just want to leave,
your eyes dance, why can't I leave?

Our Eyes Danced

1 comments
On the first day of the new year, my mind did wander;
wander past the chair I rested.
As I waited, lost in mind,
the rain did plunder,
plunder on my midnight haven.
The Thunder brightened, I sat, frightened,
with the floor rocking, my mind
began to soften to the eyes that did wander.

As our eyes danced, the night grew eerie;
the night did drag this cat to me.
Now his yellow eyes stare at me;
by moonlit eyes the night he sees.
You're no cat I whisper to him,
you're no cat says he to me.
I jump from my chair to stand in fright,
what are you? Human by face, human you be?

You are no cat, he says to me.
-Yes to this you did implore, but we still sit on a single fact.
I am human but you are not a cat.
You sit in a fashion oh so feline, But feline can you be?
In my house you do sit most intrusive,
and I stand frightened but somehow enlightened;
for before me sits a demon, in the body of a cat,
and that demon won't let me be.

-I'm sorry sir, a cat so I be,
I am not a demon, I'm just me.
Sir look upon my body, it's fur you see?
I'm sorry sir, I'm just me,
I came with the rain seeking you my friend,
will you at least hear my midnight plea?
I'm but a cat seeking refuge in your haven,
my friend, without you I die you see?

-You're no cat you're the evil in the world I see,
let me kill you, on your blood I'll feast,
your paws track blood into my home.
Why should I believe in you when I could believe in me?
-For on my paws the thoughts do rest,
the words I stress, even in the blood I dress.
You look at me and see a demon in your home,
but I look at me and a cat I see.

-To this we must disagree,
for I look at you and a demon I see.
You call me friend but I look to you and who do I see?
A demon... A demon in all its plea.
I grab this knife, I hold it tight,
you are no cat, but the evil I see.
You are no cat, but the wrong in my life.
Leave cat! Let me be.

-Your statements implored yet again,
but this time you see it fit to ask my leave?
So hold that knife and hold it tight,
with that knife may you kill today?
On this night I'll let you sit,
sit as your heart plunders; sit as your words thunder.
So hold that knife and hold it tight,
but now I leave you, and say goodbye today.

As his shadow let me be,
I looked and watched the evil that is me.
Feline was the cat, a demon I did not see.
That cat was not evil, the evil was in me.
Through the rain the cat now wanders,
the cat now wanders because of me.
Friend, so called the beast,
love, it was to me.

Failing Still

0 comments
From first to last you were always there.
When the whole world was smiling
You laughed at their sinful stories,
And so too came the words;
When the world was jaded,
You said you were jaded too.
When we were all failing,
You said you were failing too.

The Cat

I passed a black cat,
he passed me by;
he looked at me,
I looked into his eye.
Nothing was said by the cat;
nothing was said by me.
On his way went the cat,
myself walked right on by.
He had no concern for me,
nor I for his blue-green eye.
Goodbye whispered the cat,
goodbye he said to me.

Where We Come To Meet Good Intention

0 comments
This is where we come to die, he whispers.
She looks. Shocked.
Her cries echo, like the helpless plea
of a stray dog.
It was only good intention, she whispers.
I know... I know...
But sometimes people die.
Sometimes we fade away.
It was only good intention she whispers.
Her plea cuts the air like
a knife opening forgotten wounds.
You said it was forever.
I know but what can I say to you?
When I think of you every night.
See you in every dream.
What can I say?
when you're the only thing I think about.
I came because you used to remind me of someone.
Now they remind me of you.
